I noticed that the Source and Target version is the same version and I am not able to change it to a new version of vcf
Resolution
we need to find the domain ID for the MGMTand we need to copy the domain ID
then find the Target upgrade version in the API explorer and in the Patch paste in the domain ID from the previous step.
Once you receive a 200 OK response status, you can return to the upgrade page. At this point, you should be able to select a target version.
