The operation failed because no suitable resource was found. Out of 1 candidate hubs:

Symptoms
Not able to add a new disk to VM. Rejected hubs: resgroup-16514 – PlacementException NO_FEASIBLE_PLACEMENT_SOLUTION
Cause
vm/host group DRS rules in VCD/vCenter
Resolution
Removed the affected VM from vm/host group and created a new placement policy in VCD and assigned this policy to the VM. Adding hard disks is now successful.
