n this article, I am going to guide you how to fix adding esxi host issue
when trying to add a new host to center getting following error:
A general system error occurred: Unable to push signed certificate to host
Looking into the /var/log/vmware/vpxd.log on the vcsa does not help much. On checking the time on the ESXi, the date and time was offset to a older date. Mismatch in the date and time setting between the vCenter and ESXi was the cause of the issue. Updating the NTP setting and starting the service helped resolve the issue.
Configuring ntp IPs and starting ntp services solved the issue
